CHOCOLATE fans are in for a treat this Easter as major supermarket launches a cracking deal on chocolate mini eggs, with bags going for just £1 each.
From Sunday, March 24 to Monday, April 1, shoppers could snap up three mini egg bags for £3 at Iceland.
Included in the deal are a selection of sweet favourites, such as the Smarties Milk Chocolate Easter Mini Eggs Sharing Bag (80g), the indulgent Galaxy Milk Chocolate & Creamy Hazelnut Truffles Mini Eggs Bag (74g), and the crunchy M&M’s Crispy Milk Chocolate Mini Eggs Bag (72g).
These are all available as part of Iceland’s 3 for £3 offer.
The offer is perfect for those looking to stock up on Easter treats without breaking the bank.
The deal is only running for a limited time and is available in-store only.
It comes after Iceland also offered a £1 deal on small Nestlé Easter eggs, including Milkybar (72g), Smarties (100g), and Kit Kat Chunky (110g) – from March 18 to March 24.
And while Iceland’s online 5 for £5 offer also includes those eggs, it’s focused more on everyday essentials, not just Easter chocs.
It’s always worth comparing prices to make sure you’re getting the best value for money.

How to compare prices to get the best deal
JUST because something is on offer, or is part of a sale, it doesn’t mean it’s always a good deal.
There are plenty of comparison websites out there that’ll check prices for you – so don’t be left paying more than you have to.
Most of them work by comparing the prices across hundreds of retailers.
Here are some that we recommend:
- Google Shopping is a tool that lets users search for and compare prices for products across the web. Simply type in keywords, or a product number, to bring up search results.
- Price Spy logs the history of how much something costs from over 3,000 different retailers, including Argos, Amazon, eBay and the supermarkets. Once you select an individual product you can quickly compare which stores have the best price and which have it in stock.
- Idealo is another website that lets you compare prices between retailers. All shoppers need to do is search for the item they need and the website will rank them from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
- CamelCamelCamel only works on goods being sold on Amazon. To use it, type in the URL of the product you want to check the price of.
