Hania Aamir has long been a fan of Bollywood, particularly of Shah Rukh Khan. In a recent interview on Mashable Middle East, she shared how her admiration for the actor began, revealing that Baadshah was the first Bollywood film she ever watched.
Hania fondly recalled watching the film as a child on a CD cassette her mother would play, mentioning that she watched it “around 25 times,” describing it as “killer.” She also loved cartoons like Bugs Bunny and What’s Up Doc.
Although Hania didn’t fully understand Bollywood or the film industry at that time, she believes Baadshah had a lasting impact on her. She explained that films like these create a sense of community, as she later connected with friends who had also grown up watching the same movies.
When asked about the Bollywood character she would love to play, Hania instantly mentioned Bhool Bhulaiyaa, specifically the role of Chota Pandit. “I would just kill it,” she said, expressing her excitement to take on that role. Hania also shared that Om Shanti Om is her favorite film, calling it “fun,” and praised Tamasha and Ram Leela as great films.
