The new sweets were shared on the Facebook page Extreme Couponing and Bargains – and got a lot of attention.

Garnering hundreds of likes and comments, other users expressed how much they wanted to get their hands on the new sweets.

The post reads: “Calling all Harry Potter fans out there.

“Just found Haribo limited edition Harry Potter sweets.

“They have Harry, Ron and Hermione. Only £1.39 in Lidl.”

Inspired by the universe of Harry Potter, the three new mixes are named after the three famous protagonists: Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley.

The gummies come in a variety of shapes and flavors that represent beloved characters, creatures and symbols from the series.

Flavors include caramel like a golden Butterbeer, crisp green apple from the Forbidden Forest, cola reminiscent of a bubbling potion, sweet cherry lollipop from Honeydukes, zesty lemon sorbet like Dumbledore’s beloved lemon drops and fluffy cotton candy as light as a Nimbus 2000.

“I need these,” one reveller wrote.

A second, tagging their pal, quipped: “If you don’t go find me some then never speak to me again!”
