LILY Phillips has sparked controversy after being called out in yet another fakery row – just days after her pregnancy joke.
Fans have blasted the OnlyFans star, 23, as “fake” after her latest video showed her getting cosy with elderly men in a nursing home.

It was just last month Lily, who is originally from Derbyshire, told fans she was heading to a nursing home in America to sleep with men after finding her “oldest fan” yet.
This also comes after she announced her “pregnancy” in February which turned out to be a joke.
Now fans are calling her out for “preying on the elderly” – as they are also claiming that she is “faking” her stunts – after a familiar face was spotted in her videos.

“I found one of my oldest fans via Facebook, and when I asked for his address, he actually sent me the address of a care home,” she said.
“So I’m actually here with him and his friends and I’m gonna show them a good time.”
But eagle-eyed social media users quickly rushed to the comments section to point out that he looked identical to another adult film star.
One wrote: “He’s also in the adult industry.”
“Yep, he’s in loads of p**n vids. She’s a businesswoman and very clever at it” someone else said.
And according to The Tab, they claimed that he looked like an adult star who goes by the name Jake Jacobs or Jay Crew.
In videos posted to her TikTok, Lily posted a cluster of videos cosying up to old men, claiming she had gone to a nursing home to meet them.
The model, who claims to have banked over £2million, revealed: “I am wanting to go to a care home and make sure all the old men are taken care of.”
She was recently slammed as “bizarre” by another model, who filmed herself in what she claimed to be a care home.
Lily also left people stunned when she begged women to “send husbands and boyfriends” to help her sleep with 1,000 men.

Lily, who officially joined the adult app in 2020 when she was 19, admitted: “I’ve always been really sexual, just obsessed with sex in comparison to my friends.
“I always knew from a young age that I loved sex, there’s something about it that I’m obsessed with, and I always had an inkling that I would go into the adult industry.
