MAFS Australia chaos as partner swap week drama is revealed and bride gets savage revenge

MARRIED At First Sight Australia is set for even more chaos in the upcoming weeks with a “couple swap” test that is set to rock the marriages still remaining.

The series so far has been far from easy for everyone involved, with several couples barely lasting a few weeks because of relationships breaking down.

But it seems the tests are far from over, with the new test seeing partners being switched in order to see their resolve.

According to Daily Mail, it doesn’t take long for one bride and groom to cause trouble – which is even more scandalous considering the groom has already been drama-fuelled during his time on the show.

Eliot Donovan, who UK viewers have seen walk out from the show last week, is set to return with a new bride named Veronica Cloherty for a second shot at love.

But Veronica is left less than happy when she discovers that, during partner swap week, her new husband shared a bed with fellow bride Rih Disljenkovic.

While it is reported that the bed-sharing was done for comfort and not for anything else, it’s set to cause trouble as they lie about it to producers, with them telling cameras one was to sleep on the couch.

Jacqueline Burfoot and Jeff Gobbels also get into trouble with the same arrangement, with Jeff throwing Elliot under the bus in order to take away some of the heat.

“Blindsiding” Veronica by revealing to the group what happened, and Veronica and Rhi clashing as a result.

A source told the site: “Veronica turns to Rhi in front of the entire room and says, ‘I don’t appreciate my husband lying to me about sharing a bed with another woman,’”’ my insider says.

“She’s super upset but the entire room laughs it off and shuts her down. The only people they lied to really was production.”

They add the ‘only reason Eliot lied was to save face for Rhi’, but Veronica stands her ground on the argument, causing things to elevate.

To further fuel the chaos, the couples week will end in Dave Thomas, who is married to Jamie Marinos, doubting their once-strong bond after spending a week with Veronica and finding an unexpected level of chemistry.
