Naran reopens for tourists after 5 months
After a long winter break of five months, the scenic valley of Naran has finally reopened for tourists, marking the official start of the tourist season in the region.
The scenic valley of Naran has come back to life as hotels and restaurants officially reopened, marked by a prayer ceremony and the traditional slaughter of a bull as charity, organized by the local hotels association.
With operations resuming, tourists have started arriving in large numbers to experience Naran’s stunning natural beauty, green meadows, and majestic snow-capped mountains.
“It feels like life has returned to Naran,” shared a local hotel owner. “We’re ready to welcome guests with warm hospitality and complete safety.”
Meanwhile, the Kaghan Development Authority (KDA) has begun clearing the road leading to Lake Saif-ul-Muluk — one of Pakistan’s most beloved tourist spots. Once accessible, visitors will be able to enjoy the breathtaking sight of the snow-covered lake nestled among towering peaks and peaceful wilderness.
