The investigation into Australian cricket legend Shane Warne’s death has taken a startling new direction, with reports suggesting a possible cover-up.
According to a Daily Mail report, an item was removed from Warne’s villa in Thailand where his lifeless body was discovered, raising new questions about the circumstances surrounding his death.
The report claims that a senior police officer at the scene was instructed to remove a bottle of Kamagra, a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction, from Warne’s property. Kamagra contains sildenafil citrate, the same active ingredient found in Viagra.
The officer, speaking anonymously, revealed that he was ordered by senior officials to confiscate the pills. He also hinted that Australian authorities may have been involved in an effort to suppress details surrounding Warne’s death.
“It was a bottle, but we don’t know how much he took,” the officer said. “There was also a puddle of vomit and blood at the scene, but we cleared the Kamagra as we were told to.”
The officer described the matter as highly sensitive, adding that powerful figures may have intervened to prevent negative publicity about the cricket icon.
“These orders were coming from up high,” he continued. “I think senior officials from Australia were also involved because they didn’t want their national figure to have an ending like this.”
Warne, 52, passed away from a suspected heart attack while on holiday in Thailand with friends. An autopsy conducted by Surat Thani Hospital concluded that his death was due to natural causes and ruled out any foul play.
Despite this, the new revelations have raised doubts, with sources suggesting that details of the investigation may have been deliberately concealed. The identity of those responsible for the alleged cover-up remains unclear, and the controversy continues to unfold.
