WELL he’s done it again – Mickey Rourke has broken yet another Celebrity Big Brother rule as he clashed with bosses over nominations.
Mickey, 71, is already on thin ice with Big Brother after receiving a formal warning for homophobic comments made towards JoJo Siwa, 21.

This time Mickey got into trouble as the housemates all made their nominations for the first eviction.
In a sneak peak to tonight’s show, the housemates will gather in the living room to cast their vote on who they want to leave the house.
Big Brother then says: “Housemates. It’s time to nominate. Big Brother can reveal three game-changing powers that have been wielded in secret.”
BB then adds: “One Housemate received the power of immunity and is now safe from the first eviction. The Housemate is Chris.”
“One Housemate used the Guardian Angel power to grant immunity to another Housemate from the first eviction – Daley.”
“One Housemate had the Killer Nomination power and could choose one Housemate to face the first eviction. The Housemate chose Mickey.”
Mickey responds: “Shall I pack now?”
But BB quickly says: “Relax Mickey, stay where you are.”
Before adding: “Mickey will face the first public vote. Chris and Daley are immune.”
In another rule break, Mickey, says to Big Brother: “I choose not to evict anyone.
“I refuse to do that. I will not pick two people to toss off the shelf.”
Big Brother then once again reminds Mickey of the rules.
FORMAL WARNING
Mickey has caused quite a stir and yesterday got in hot water over remarks he made towards JoJo.
It all kicked off following a chat between the pair and the actor suggested he would be able to change the gay singer’s sexuality.
“Do you like girls or boys?” he asked her, during a conversation in the smoking area.
JoJo replied: “Me? Girls. My partner is non-binary.”
Mickey then left her stunned when he replied: “If I stay longer than four days, you won’t be gay anymore.”

He later appeared to refer to the young woman as a “f**”, although he claimed he was talking about a cigarette.
Big Brother called Mickey to the diary room and he was given a formal warning and told his language and behaviour was unacceptable.
He also said “sorry” to JoJo, who accepted his apology, and said: “As a future, using the word f** is not an acceptable word.”
OFFENDING PATSY
JoJo isn’t the only one that Mickey has upset in the house.
EastEnders star Patsy Palmer was seen scowling after she heard Mickey take a swipe at her food.

However, despite eating the food, was oblivious to the fact of who had been doing the cooking.
Turning to JoJo, with Patsy watching on, he said: “I think we’ve got to get Big Brother to work on the food?”
The Dance Moms star replied: “What you want more food?”
Mickey then said: “No, it’s just not that great.”
Knowing Patsy could hear every word, and keen to defuse any more tension, JoJo quickly added: “At least we’ve got Patsy, once Patsy stops cooking, we’re screwed….”
The camera then panned to Patsy scowling at Mickey.
The actor noticed and said: “So Patsy’s been cooking?”
