SHOPPERS have been racing to B&M in a bid to be among the first to try new flavours of Cadbury chocolate only released in Australia.
Eagle-eyed customers have noticed three new flavours on shelves at the bargain retailer – and one is perfect for Easter.
The flavours spotted at B&M include a 170g bar of Dairy Milk chocolate with Mini Eggs and two new Marvellous Creations flavours.
One of the Marvellous Creations bars sees Dream white chocolate studded with raspberry flavoured candy chips, raspberry flavoured jelly pieces and popping candy.
The other sees Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate studded with cola flavoured jelly, fizzy candy chips and popping candy.
Pictures of the new bars were shared on Facebook group Food Finds UK Official and attracted excited responses from fans.
One said: “Now this looks so good!!!”
Another added: “If I see them I will get some.”
A third added: “Need.”
Another excited shopper said: “Oh dear Lord yes.”
Another added: “I neeeeeeeed these urgently.”
The Mini Eggs bars attracted a particularly excited response.
One fan confirmed they were worth picking up and said: “Got it imported, it’s lush.”
Others were desperate to try the bars with one shopper having written “I want the Mini Eggs”, and another having added “need”.
However, the cola flavoured bars proved more divisive.
One chocolate lover said: “Not sure how I feel about cola chocolate.”
B&M is well-known for stocking rare chocolate bars which aren’t typically available in the UK.
Recent Aussie finds have included a raspberry smash flavour Mars Bar and a Peppermint Dairy Milk bar.
A Honeycomb Sunday Swirl Twirl also hit shelves in early March, gaining tons of traction online.
And a healthy Pinky Chocolate bar, also only typically available in Australia, was snatched up by UK punters in July last year.
Other international treats which have hit B&M shelves include chocolate from India and Brazil.
To find out which exclusive chocolates are hitting B&M, it helps to join local Facebook Groups, or snack-hunting ones like Food Finds UK.
This way you can be the first to get the news when brand new items appear.
You can find out where your nearest store is located by using the Store Finder tool on B&M’s website.
If you can’t find it in your local store, bear in mind that stocks may not be the same everywhere, so ask a member of staff or call ahead.
And also remember that, while limited stocks such as these tend to sell out fast, you should always remember to compare prices before you buy.
Just because something is rare doesn’t mean it is better value for money — so weigh up how much chocolate you are actually getting for the price you are paying.
A good way to compare prices on the general market is by using comparison sites like Trolley, which pull all the latest deals together for you.
How to save money on chocolate

We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don’t have to break the bank buying your favourite bar.
Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to cut costs…
Go own brand – if you’re not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you’ll save by going for the supermarket’s own brand bars.
Shop around – if you’ve spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it’s cheaper elsewhere.
Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you’re getting the best deal.
Look out for yellow stickers – supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they’ve been reduced.
They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.
Buy bigger bars – most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.
So if you’ve got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.
